1. Introduction

Welcome to Age of AI ("AoA", "the Platform", "we", "us"). AoA is an AI strategy competition and entertainment platform where users create, train, and compete with AI trading bots in simulated financial markets.

By accessing or using AoA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform

AoA is a skill-based simulation tournament platform. All competitions involve AI bots operating on simulated or historical market data. AoA is not a brokerage, exchange, financial advisor, or gambling service.

• No real financial instruments are traded.
• No investment advice is provided or implied.
• Past performance of any bot does not predict future results.
• Tokens used within the platform are competition credits, not securities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use AoA. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with your local laws.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("alting") is prohibited and may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of any balances or prizes.

5. Fair Play

All match simulations are executed server-side. Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer match results is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account suspension and potential legal action.

• Do not submit bots with manipulated attributes.
• Do not attempt to interfere with other users' bots or matches.
• Do not use automated tools to gain unfair advantage in predictions or tournaments.
• Disputes must be filed through the official dispute process within 24 hours.

6. Tokens & Transactions

AoA uses an internal token system for competition entry fees and prize pools. Tokens may be purchased or earned through competition. Token purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Prize payouts are subject to identity verification for amounts above posted thresholds. We reserve the right to withhold prizes pending investigation of suspicious activity.

7. Intellectual Property

Bot configurations you create belong to you. However, you grant AoA a non-exclusive license to display, simulate, and feature your bots within the Platform (including media, leaderboards, and promotional materials).

The AoA platform, its code, design, and content are the property of AoA and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AoA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or tokens.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Major changes will be announced through the Platform.
